Happiness

Why does it seem like every time your happy something happens to take it away? I know you can't be happy all of the time, but geeze why is it always something? LOL it seems like when you solve one problem another one sneaks up on you...Of course some lessons in life are meant to be learned, some things we put ourselves in, and some things can't be avoided at all. Everything could be avoided if we were selfless and submissive people...lol but that has to be the hardest thing EVER. You can't ever get over your feelings of hurt, or anger. And you can't control how you react to something....or can you? Yes I think you can...we have choices in life and sometimes we chose to put ourselves first...with two ppl in a dispute or whatever the issue is are putting their thoughts, their feelings, themselves before the other then they will never get anywhere...One thing I do know is that when you have God in your life, ACTIVELY...I believe that these things become a little easier and the hurt that you might have felt could easily stop when you pray about it...and the same with anger. So lets stop and pray when we are in a situation that hurts us or makes us angry...and not necessarily for the other person, but for yourself. A lot of times us humans like to point the finger and others, but what we fail to realize is that we have a lot of work to do as well...when your light shines so brightly amongst others, they will fall into the right path with you...or be removed from you.

God is my everything...and with him in my life I have a great abundance of happiness...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MELVIA

So today is my cousin Melvia's 24th birthday! YAY....thank you Jesus for allowing her to see another birthday. Often we forget that it is a true blessing from God that we are still here. I love God so much and and thankful for all the things that he has done for me and allows for me to do. I pray that my Cousin Melvia will begin to build a closer relationship with him. As we get older the more we learn to do better as Christians. Often times we might not include God into our everyday life... But we SHOULD! I am learning that more and more everyday, because at the end of the day....God is the only one there with you and for you (i know we can't see him but he comforting love is always surrounding us). I am excited to see Melvia today...We are going to hang out! WOOHOO.....although I know that birthdays should not be glorified more then God...BUT I think it is good to celebrate the blessings that God has given us and allowing us to see another YEAR! So many people don't SO....why not celebrate!? LOL My cousin and I have been through many ups and many downs together, but we are still there for each other and love each other in spite of what may have happened....and even though we don't talk everyday because of our busy lives but that doesn't change my love for her. I love you Melly Mel!! lol Hope you have fun ALL WEEK!

HOMEWORK!! the art of procrastination....

Well Well Well....here I am again on a Monday doing homework that is due today. Why do I always do this to myself...well mostly because I don't like doing homework on the weekends... I want that to be a day of fun, caking, and resting!! SOooooOOOoo Homework gets done during the week! Now I must say that I thought I was a procrastinator...but my DEAR DEAR friend Kelly...wooo puts that icing on the cake! LOL thats one of the many reasons I think her and I are such good friends....we know how to wait til the last minute and GET IT DONE!!! YEA! lol Now this homework thats due tonight...hmm i hate it...but I am almost done...I had to take a break to do a little blogging. I will get it together eventually! I wish the topics were not so hard. I mean I do get to pick my own topic...but its what I have to do with the topic that sucks! I hate RESEARCH DESIGN and METHODOLOGY!!!! Hmm....well That is all I must get back to the business!!!
